Why rent or lease a storage solution?

Renting and leasing can be great options for businesses with short-term building needs, seasonal demands or fixed contracts. At Storepro we also work with companies such as third-party logistics (3PL) providers who need to deal with changing storage requirements.

Renting/leasing can make racking an operating expense as opposed to capital expenditure, which can be great for freeing up cash flow and taking advantage of tax benefits. You can make racking and shelving a monthly payment like your company car lease, claim the GST, and free up funds to spend on your core business.

Renting is also a great solution for businesses with short term leases or building options, seasonal demands or fixed contracts. Our lease and rental terms can range from one to seven years, and if you need a more temporary and flexible storage option, we have rentable pallet stillage ready to go.

Aside from a standard purchase, at Storepro we offer two other ways to secure your ideal storage solution.

Finance / Lease to own

Our financial lease (lease to own) option can be between 12 and 84 months, and are now available at rates lower than ever before. The lease to own option frees up short term cash, while ensuring that you retain ownership of the racking, which allows you to depreciate the asset as you need. Speaking of which, Storepro racking won’t depreciate like a vehicle: your racking will retain a higher solid value over its life, so you are paying off an asset.

Rent

An operating lease (rental) is simply where you rent your racking from us over a period of 12-84 months. This may line up with a business contract, a lease term on a building, or the lifespan of a product. At the end of the operating lease you can choose to extend the term, change or upgrade your solution, or simply end the lease and have us pick the racking up.
