WHAT WE OFFER
Selective pallet racking is a highly flexible solution for your storage needs. It is also one of the most common and cost-effective systems for storing pallets.
Pallets in selective pallet racking are stored single deep. That said, you can have two racks back to make the best use of your floor space while still being able to pick any pallet without having to move other pallets around. Selective pallet racking is suitable for a range of products and can store pallets of any size or weight, making it an ideal solution if you are looking for heavy-duty pallet racks.
Double deep racking is also a LIFO solution, with pallets stored up to four deep. This could provide your facility with up to 50 per cent more storage capacity when compared to standard racking solutions. You will need a specialised forklift to use double deep racking, and it works best in situations where you have a small product range but need to store a lot of pallets.
Our Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking system is the ultimate space-saving solution for your facility. As pallet racking components are installed closer together than in other types of pallet racking & shelves in Auckland, VNA makes it possible to install more racking and more pallet capacity.
Drive-in racking is a LIFO system that makes the best use of your available space. It works with standard forklifts and is perfect for the bulk storage of pallets. Drive-in racking is the ideal solution if you need to store a large number of pallets but have a small product or SKU range.
You can store pallets up to four deep with push back racking. It is another LIFO system. When loading a pallet, the forklift pushes back the pallets already in the slot to make room for the new one. When a pallet is unloaded from the rack, the other pallets move forward as they are sitting on inclined rails, automatically making the next pallet available for picking when required. If you need bulk storage racking for products that do not need to be rotated, push back racking is the ideal solution.
